Because we were making an international move, we did not have much time to search, let alone handle all of the details involved with managing a home purchase from overseas. In the weeks prior to visiting Orlando, Chris provided us with over 50 listings meeting our complex requirements for review. Within one week's notice, he arranged and personally spent 2 full days with us to view over 20 homes. In this tireless search, Chris helped us find the perfect home that met our needs and he prepared an offer that was immediately accepted.
Within 72 hoursof acceptance of the offer, Chris had scheduled and coordinated all the necessary inspections and appraisals, allowing us to return to Germany without any delays and prepare for our move.
Being in a different country and time zone it was a relief to know that Chris was handling these details seamlessly and transparent to us on our behalf and keeping us informed via e-mail and telephone. This initiative prevented delays in our extremely tight timeframe for closing and kept us both at ease.
Upon our two day return trip to Florida, Chris had arranged our walk through and closing, allowing us enough free time to travel to our families in other states for the holidays.
